No Denying The Entrepreneurial Spirit Or Learn It In College

Recently the online site entrepreneur.com released their 6th annual survey of the top 50 colleges in the USA that have exceptional undergrad and graduate programs for entrepreneurship. Now even though this is the 6th time they have made such a survey it is the first time that I have personally seen a survey like this. I believe this type of publicity for colleges that have programs specifically geared towards those young minds that have a touch of the entrepreneurial spirit is the holds the best and brightest possibilities for the future of our global economies.

You see it’s those people that are enrolling in those programs now that hold the key to generating the industries of tomorrow. It’s programs like the one’s featured at these top colleges that could possibly hold the key to unlocking the potential of the next Bill Gates or Warren Buffet for the next generation. It’s financially hard times like now that global economies churn out the next greatest entrepreneurs of our time.

Just you wait and see the next big industry will be born out of these global financial challenges that are hitting us all right now. Some say it may have already begun as the next boom in the auto industry just may be the electric car and all the new technologies that are being created out of that need. Other might say it’s the new future of energy technologies that are going to give a market to some very creative individuals or our time. For example a 12 year old science wiz kid by the name of William Yuan who recently made world news not just national news but world news! Why you might ask in case you missed the story William created a brand new solar panel technology that will most likely revolutionize not only the solar panel industry but the entire way energy from the sun is gathered on a global scale! William saw a need, envisioned a solution from an entirely fresh perspective and created a product that has the potential to be a global economy changer and that is what the entrepreneurial spirit is all about in it’s purest form.

The old saying that necessity is the mother of all inventions is an old saying because it is very true and bears repeating it over and over again. With that said it’s not always enough to get the idea out there having a knowledge of all the working parts in getting your ideas out to market is also key and knowing that top notch schools all over the country have curriculum in place to help facilitate the future entrepreneurs of our time is of great comfort to a lot of us knowledge seekers. What are your thoughts on an education geared towards entrepreneurship? Do you think an education in entrepreneurship is a help or do you think that those people that are truly blessed with the entrepreneurial spirit will always find a way to succeed.
